Tuition New Family

2019- 2020 Tuition & Fees – New Students

Non-refundable Fees
$150 New Student Application Fee – must be paid prior to interview and testing
$350 New Student Enrollment Fee – must be paid prior to enrolling - $700 maximum per family
The new student enrollment fee will be reduced to $200 for returning families enrolling a third child. 

Student Activity Fee    
$210 Junior Kindergarten & Kindergarten
$270 Elementary
$335 Middle & High School 

The Student Activity Fee will be added to your tuition payment.  The maximum Student Activity Fee per family will be equal to the cost of the two students in the highest grades.  The Student Activity Fee covers items such as student insurance, school concerts, clubs, athletic fees, field trips, competitions, special events as well as incidental items such as yearbooks, classroom supplies and prize box supplies.  Lunch orders, daycare, apparel, and other costs that are family-specific are charged separately.

Families paying annually receive a $100 discount. Families paying semi-annually receive a $50 discount.

For families who DO NOT receive tuition assistance, there is a 10% discount on additional children after the first oldest child.

Tuition is billed from June through May.  Payments are made by automatic draft to a checking account or credit card, through FACTS payment plan.  A 4% late fee will be assessed for returned/late payments. 

High School Students
High School students must purchase a tablet PC in order to enroll at NHCS.  Please refer to the PC Tablet Requirement sheet for details and specifications about the type of tablet to purchase.

Families who receive AIM services will be charged a fee of $2,050 for 50 minutes of service per day for the school year.  Fees will be prorated based on number of days scheduled per week.  If awarded, tuition assistance will be applied to the AIM Fee.

Withdrawal Fee
Due to staffing commitments made based on enrollment, there will be a $750 withdrawal fee per student if a student is withdrawn after enrolling.  The school’s Executive Director may waive the fee for reasons such a financial hardship or relocation. Tuition will be prorated based upon withdrawal date.
