Doris Plummer is the Director of AIM Services (Academic Individualization and Modification). In addition to teaching in the AIM Department, she is responsible for screening incoming students and creating scorecards with information about student performance that are shared with teachers. She came to North Hills in 1978 after graduating from Millersville State College (now Millersville University). Since that time she has filled a variety of positions in elementary, middle, and high school, as well as in administration. She has also received extended training in a variety of programs geared at helping students who struggle. Her passion is helping those students find success in school by providing the necessary academic support. The Plummers have two sons, Jonathan (class of 2005) and Joshua (class of 2007), who are North Hills graduates.
